CAREER AND EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
After graduating from the University of California, Riverside in 1999, Milo Lipson immediately began working for Grubb & Ellis Company in Ontario. Since joining the Industrial Division he has been involved directly with the leasing and selling of industrial properties throughout the Inland Empire West and East. He has represented tenants, owners, developers and investors on property types ranging from multi-tenant industrial parks to large single tenant distribution centers. These product types have varied in size from 5,000 sq. ft. to 300,000+ sq. ft. In addition, Milo has recently been involved in many significant land and investment transactions and continuously ranks as one of the top brokers for Grubb & Ellis in the Inland Empire district. He now holds the highest designation for a sales agent, Senior Vice President, and was also recently elected to the Presidents Counsel for Grubb & Ellis. Milo lives with his wife Mai in the City of Riverside, and works out of both the Ontario and Riverside offices.
