Jason K. Jamison, SIOR, is president of GM PROPERTIES, an emerging commercial real estate firm whose services include leasing, sale and management of industrial, office and retail properties with a focus on the Mid-Counties, San Gabriel Valley and North Orange County markets. Jamison acquired GM PROPERTIES in 2001 from Mark and Mel Gilman, who established the firm in 1963. Currently, Jamison and his rapidly growing team of agents and support staff represent a market portfolio of more than 900 multi-tenant industrial, office and retail units, comprising of some 2.6 million square feet of space.
A member of AIR since 2000, Jamison has been on the Board of Directors since 2004 and has handled the duties of Membership Chair for the past four years. As the Membership Chair, Jamison’s responsibilities include reviewing all new member applications.
A member of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) since 2004 and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) since 2006, Jamison is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Jason, his wife Catherine and young son Luke reside in Fullerton. Jason enjoys traveling, sports, poker tournaments and ocean fishing in his leisure time. |
