Underlying the ongoing strength and essence of the AIR is its distinctive 20-member Board of Directors. All of these dedicated individuals are active commercial real estate brokers representing various markets in Southern California with affiliations ranging from boutique to international companies alike. The significance of this leadership profile is that all decisions affecting the membership at large are made from the perspective of commercial brokers.

Moreover, since AIR is a non-profit entity, the Directors are committed to enhancing the delivery of meaningful products and services to the membership, as opposed to focusing on improving the bottom line.

This unique posture has enabled AIR’s Board to boldly make far-reaching decisions. This includes such initiatives as the opening of new offices in Orange County and the Inland Empire accompanied by expanded data gathering systems in both regions, as well as the unveiling of WinAIR Forms 2.0, the Association’s pacesetting electronic forms system.
